AMOT
This is strange, it is listed under two different namess on Finviz and stockcharts, although the charts are the same. In any case, this is one I have been noticing has had high ratings in IBD for a couple of years, but has done practically nothing. It is way to thinly traded for my taste, and the low price keeps it off my radar, but one thing I have noticed is that unknown stocks with high IBD ratings often eventually get the market's attention (two examples being VIT and FUQI, both with very high EPS ratings over a year before they made big moves). This may go nowhere, but the chances are it will eventually start moving.
